Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the SyncRide platform (website, mobile application, and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

SyncRide Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("SyncRide," "we," "us") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

To use SyncRide, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid government-issued ID
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Have a valid mobile number registered in India
• Not be banned or suspended from SyncRide previously

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. SyncRide requires identity verification through government ID, selfie, and where applicable, work email or professional credentials. Providing false information during verification is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

SyncRide is a commuter matching platform, not a transportation service provider. We connect verified riders and drivers who wish to share commute journeys. SyncRide does not employ drivers, own vehicles, or provide transportation services directly.

Drivers offering rides are not acting as professional drivers or SyncRide agents. Any ride-sharing arrangement is a voluntary agreement between commuters. SyncRide facilitates the connection but is not a party to the ride arrangement.

All users must:

• Treat other commuters with respect and courtesy
• Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time
• Honor ride commitments or cancel with reasonable notice (minimum 2 hours)
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Not solicit additional payments beyond agreed arrangements
• Not use the platform for commercial taxi/transport services
• Report safety concerns immediately to SyncRide
• Maintain a clean vehicle (for drivers) and appropriate conduct during rides

SyncRide offers subscription plans (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Custom) that provide access to ride matching features. Subscriptions are non-transferable and are for individual use only. By subscribing, you authorize SyncRide to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

All subscription fees are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

While SyncRide implements rigorous verification procedures, we cannot guarantee the behavior of any user. You participate in rides at your own risk. SyncRide strongly recommends:

• Sharing your trip details with a trusted contact
• Meeting in public locations when possible
• Trusting your instincts — if something feels wrong, exit the situation
• Reporting any incidents immediately through the app

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SyncRide shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from rides arranged through the platform.

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the SyncRide platform are the intellectual property of SyncRide Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

SyncRide may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, safety concerns, or at our sole discretion with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. SyncRide encourages resolution through our internal grievance process before escalating to legal proceedings.
